Order
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Returns Policy
At AIIGE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our returns and refunds policy below.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us at hello@aiige.co within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, you must provide:
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the delivered item(s)
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- All items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- We recommend using a trackable and insured postage service, as we cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in return shipping.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we're here to make it right. Please contact us at hello@aiige.co within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:
- Your order number
- Photographic evidence of the damaged item(s) and the packaging it arrived in
Once verified, we will arrange a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Refunds will only be processed once the returned items have been received and inspected. To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be returned in unopened, unused, and original condition
- A returns request must be approved by our team prior to sending items back
- In some cases, we may request images or videos of the product and/or results of a patch test if applicable
Once approved, refunds will be issued via your original payment method.
